Sandra Santiago, Founder/CEO, CCMA

With over 7 years of experience as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant and two decades working remotely with professionals, clients, and patients, Sandra has honed her skills in patient care and administrative support across diverse medical settings, including cardiothoracic surgery, cardiology, family medicine, oncology and orthopedics. Her journey began with a realization of the challenges faced by her own mother, a senior citizen navigating medical appointments amidst language barriers. Determined to bridge this gap, Sandra embarked on her mission to provide essential support to medical practices and patients alike. Drawing from over two decades of experience as an independent contractor and business administrator, Sandra understands the intricacies of healthcare administration and the importance of personalized care. Her commitment to excellence led her to pursue further education, including courses in medical terminology, coding,  anatomy, and a degree in Healthcare Administration. Through her work as a virtual practice administrator, Sandra witnessed firsthand the transformative impact of her services on improving operational efficiency and patient outcomes. Her passion for empowering both medical professionals and the medically underserved drives her to continually innovate and adapt in an ever-evolving healthcare landscape. With a blend of expertise, empathy, and dedication, Sandra is poised to make a difference in the lives of her clients and the communities they serve.
